Bordertown
The comedy takes place in a made-up desert town near the U.S.-Mexico border. It focuses on how the daily lives of neighbors Bud Buckwald and Ernesto Gonzales are linked. Bud is a married father of three and a Border Patrol agent. He feels threatened by the cultural changes that have taken place in his neighborhood. Ernesto lives next door. He is a hard-working Mexican immigrant and father of four who is proud to be making it in America. As Bud and Ernesto's lives start to cross, their families become linked by friendship, romance, and conflict.
