Justice. Streets that are free from danger Payback. When a military defector (Judd Nelson) places new superweapons in hazardous hands, metallurgist John Henry Irons (Shaquille O'Neal) vows to claim them all. With the assistance of an electronics whiz (Annabeth Gish) and an inventive scrap metal worker (Richard Roundtree), Irons becomes Steel. Armed with body armor, a terrifying electrohammer, and a motorcycle loaded with gadgets, he is prepared for battle...if he can cure the unanticipated flaws in his untried equipment. The good-guy hero tells the two victims of a crime that he has rescued, "You're all right now." Before Steel can begin to relax, there'll be a great deal of excitement.
