Chuck Steel: Night of the Trampires
In1986, Chuck Steel is "the best God damn cop on the force," according to his long-suffering supervisor, Captain Jack Schitt. Even this maverick, renegade, loose cannon, lone wolf, cop on the edge, who doesn't play by the rules has his job cut out when the Governor of LA reduces club and bar licensing hours, causing a sudden, unexplainable rash of high-profile disappearances in the city. A bloody crime scene with no victim is similar to all disappearances. One of the victims escapes, giving the cops a break. Abraham Van Rental, a deranged elderly guy, confronts Chuck in the hospital when he tries to interview the victim. He warns Chuck, who doesn't believe him, that the TRAMPIRES, a mutated vampire-tramp hybrid, are coming to Los Angeles.
