Raining Stones
This Ken Loach film is about a man who is very religious and very close to his family. Bob is proud, even though he doesn't have a lot of money. He wants his daughter to have a beautiful (and expensive) new dress for her First Communion. As he turns to more and more questionable ways to get the money he needs, he gets in trouble. Because of this flaw, he will risk everything he has, even his immortal soul and salvation, to reach that goal. This is a very sad thing.
