Mon-Rak Transistor
Phaen is a young man who lives in the suburbs and loves music a lot. He never misses a chance to sing at temple fairs in his village to show off his voice. One of the fairs is where he meets Sadao and falls in love with her. On the day of their wedding, Phaen gives Sadao a transistor radio that the whole family loves. This gives Phaen many ideas about how he could become a famous singer.
