Girlfriends
Girlfriends is a current story that follows Linda, Sue, and Gail as they battle with the obligations that come with being a modern woman of a particular age. The story takes place in the present day. Childhood friends Linda, Sue, and Gail are reunited after Linda's husband Micky's tragic and unexpected passing. This brings the three women back together. Each individual is dealing with their own unique set of challenges, which range from the prospect of a divorce from the husband she still loves to the prospect of losing a high-powered job due to age discrimination, as well as the challenge of juggling the never-ending responsibilities of their grandchildren and aging mothers.
