Women's Murder Club

Women's Murder Club was a 2007-2008 ABC police procedural and legal drama. The San Francisco-based series is based on James Patterson's 'Women's Murder Club' novels. Elizabeth Craft and Sarah Fain joined Patterson, Joe Simpson, Brett Ratner, and R. Scott Gemmill as executive producers. Gretchen J. Berg and Aaron Harberts co-executive produced. Winant directed the pilot. The 20th Century Fox TV series debuted on Fridays at 9 p.m. ET/PT. ABC purchased three scripts on Oct. 31. The show returned with three episodes in late April 2008, two weeks after it was almost canceled. Women's Murder Club will return with three new episodes on April 29, 2008, replacing Boston Legal. ABC confirmed the series' cancellation on May 12, 2008.
