Unspeakable
At the beginning of the 1980s, AIDS appeared and spread quickly. Those in charge of making sure people were safe failed. People were kept in the dark because they were afraid to speak up. Ignorance, pride, politics, and money all lead to betrayal, hiding the truth, and scandal. In Unspeakable, the story is told from the points of view of two families caught up in a tragedy that shocked the whole country, as well as the doctors, nurses, corporations, and government officials who were to blame.
