Turbo the Snail's life is forever transformed after his incredible win at the Indianapolis 500. Tito, his human buddy, has constructed Starlite City, a gigantic tiny city with an elaborate surrounding race track where Turbo and his fellow snails can reside and race. Turbo, on the other hand, finds his new existence no less frenetic as he and his buddies encounter new adversaries of all kinds eager to take on the champion.
