The Destronger, a wicked race of morphing robots, make their appearance by invading a world exposition in New York and kidnapping Professor Onishi, a prominent scientist. Yuuki, the professor's son, becomes friends with Fire Convoy and the heroic Cybertron forces, who will stop at nothing to save the professor and save Earth from Gigatron and his Destronger minions.
