The Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries is an animated television series produced by Warner Bros. Animation that ran on Kids' WB from 1995 to 2001 and was later re-run on Cartoon Network. It follows Sylvester and Tweety Bird, their owner Granny, and their bulldog Hector as they solve mysteries, despite Sylvester's attempts to devour Tweety in the middle of the investigations. Hector worked as a bodyguard for Tweety, and would even beat Sylvester up. The first season was dedicated to Friz Freleng, who died only a few months before the series premiered. In addition, it only has one case per episode, unlike the other seasons, which always had two.
