Two orphans, Riley and his younger brother Todd, respond to an advertisement for Fleemco Replacement People and order a spy mother and a daredevil father as replacement parents. Riley and Todd link up with Conrad Fleem to replace any adult in their lives that they dislike, but they don't get to choose the replacements, and their good intentions don't always work out.
