The Huntress is a popular television show that first aired in the United States on the USA Network during the summers that followed the television seasons of 2000 and 2001. It is a belated sequel to the film The Hunter, which starred Steve McQueen and was released in1980, and it was inspired by a book on the real-life bounty hunter Dottie Thorson.
