The Good Karma Hospital

The story follows British-Asian junior doctor Ruby Walker as she makes her way to the dilapidated Good Karma Hospital in order to become a member of a committed team of overworked medical professionals. This under-funded but artistically ingenious cottage hospital is the throbbing center of the village in which it is located. It is run by Lydia Fonseca, an eccentric Englishwoman with a brilliantly offbeat personality. It's not simply a medical outpost; it's also a place to call home for the people who work there.
