Preliminary presidential elections will be held within the next 35 days, causing great concern in the political community. Philip Deleuvre, France's prime minister, is certain to run for the Elysee. But what few people know is that the leader of the government knows more than he says. This state makes Kapita Simon, the late president's former communications adviser (spin doctor), lie back to business. The man of the shadows has now set a goal: to find a candidate who can beat Deleuvre. He wants to keep his dead friend's honor and some kind of political ethics, so he wants to find someone who can beat Deleuvre.
