Safe House
After Robert was injured while attempting to protect a witness in his custody, he and his wife Katy decided to leave the city. Susan Reynolds, the eyewitness, was killed. Robert has been dealing with his feelings of remorse over Susan's death. Robert and Katy now own a guest house in the lovely Lake District, hoping to put the past behind them. DCI Mark Maxwell, an ex-colleague and old friend, shows in as a surprise visitor. Robert is tempted by his suggestion that the guest house is perfectly situated to serve as a safe house, but would Katy agree?
