Rescue: Special Ops
2009 saw the premiere of the Australian television drama series Rescue: Special Ops on the Nine Network. The program, which is produced by Southern Star Group with support from Screen Australia and the New South Wales government, was filmed in and around Sydney. In this drama series, a group of skilled paramedics who specialize in rescue operations are the main characters. It debuted on Sunday, August 2, 2009, and the first season's finale aired on Sunday, October 25. A second season began airing on June 28, 2010. The third and final season, which has 22 episodes, debuted on May 30, 2011. Rescue Special Ops won't receive a fourth season of airing, according to the Nine Network.
