Relic Hunter
Relic Hunter is a television series set in Canada that is aimed towards an anglophone audience. It revolves around Sydney Fox, a professor who moonlights as a "relic hunter" who travels the world in search of historic relics to return to museums or the relatives of the original owners. Her linguistic helper Nigel and her rambunctious secretary Claudia assist her on occasion. She frequently finds herself in conflict with other hunters in search of valuable relics. Many of the relics depicted in the series have true supernatural powers or are pieces of highly advanced technology, and the narrative combines fantasy and science fiction aspects.
