Come to the war between the FBI and organized crime. One side follows the law and the other breaks it, but brains, brawn, and intimidation are often used by both sides. The Richmond-based Malloy Crime Syndicate is run by Jonah Malloy, a charming but dangerous father figure. The Special Agent-in-Charge at the FBI branch in Richmond, Virginia, is Lisa Cohen. Like any business, they have to justify operations and show results while dealing with lieutenants who are as flawed as they are hard-working.
