High Stakes Poker is a cash game poker show that was shown on the US cable network GSN. On the show, no limit Texas hold 'em is the type of poker that is played. The first four seasons started on January 16, 2006, and ended on December 17, 2007. The last three seasons started on March 1, 2009, and ended on May 21, 2011. They were shown at the same time in 3DTV on N3D. There are both professional poker players and amateur poker players on the show. AJ Benza and Gabe Kaplan were the hosts of the show for the first five seasons. Kara Scott took over for Benza as Kaplan's co-host starting with the sixth season. Scott did interviews from the poker room floor. Gabe Kaplan was Scott's co-host until the seventh season, when Norm Macdonald took over.
