Her life is perfect for Joy, and she is completely content with it. The room is well-organized and just as she wants it. Although her long-term boyfriend, Aidan, has abandoned her, Joy is content with the situation. She is not suffering from heartache or stress-induced incontinence in the same way that Aidan the dog is.
