Elfen Lied
The Diclonius is a mutant homo sapien with two horns on its heads and a "sixth sense" that gives it telekinetic abilities. It is supposed to be chosen by God and will eventually destroy mankind. The government has caught them and isolated them in laboratories because of their hazardous power. Lucy, a young and crazy Diclonius, manages to elude capture and viciously murder most of the laboratory guards, only to be shot in the head as she flees. She makes it to the beach, where she is discovered by two teenage girls named Kouta and Yuka. After losing her memories, she was given the name "Nyuu," which is the only word she can now utter, and the two agreed to let her stay at Kouta's house. However, the evil "Lucy" looks to still be alive...
