Dream On

Dream On is an American adult-themed situation comedy about the family life, romantic life, and job of Martin Tupper, a divorced New York City book editor played by Brian Benben. The show used clips from older black-and-white TV shows to show how Tupper felt or what he was thinking. It was made by Marta Kauffman and David Crane, who later made the TV show Friends together. It ran on HBO for six seasons, from 1990 to 1996.
