Drake & Josh is an American sitcom produced for Nickelodeon by Dan Schneider. The story covers the lives of Drake Parker and Josh Nichols, two teenagers with contrasting personalities who become stepbrothers. Both actors had previously appeared on The Amanda Show, alongside Nancy Sullivan, who portrays Audrey, Drake and Megan's mother. Miranda Cosgrove is Megan, Drake's naughty younger sister, and Jonathan Goldstein is Walter, Josh's father. Drake Bell and Backhouse Mike wrote I Found a Way, the opening theme song for the series, which is performed by Bell. The series aired for four seasons and sixty episodes between January 11, 2004 and December 5, 2008, and was praised by critics. Drake & Josh Go Hollywood premiered on January 6, 2006; Really Big Shrimp launched on August 3, 2007; and Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh premiered on December 5, 2008. Currently, reruns of the sitcom air on Nickelodeon and TeenNick.
