Dennis the Menace

The American animated show Dennis the Menace is based on the comic strip by Hank Ketcham. It is made by DHX Media. Dennis the Menace is a young boy with a cowlick and a naughty personality. He and his dog Ruff and his friends Joey, Margaret, Gina, Tommy, PeeBee, and Jay get into a lot of trouble and have a lot of adventures. Dennis is an impulsive little devil with an angel's face. He is always getting into trouble, which makes his poor next-door neighbor, Mr. Wilson, miserable. Dennis gets into all kinds of crazy situations, but he always finds a way to save the day. The series was first shown in the United States through a service called The Program Exchange. The second season was shown on CBS every Saturday morning. Three six- or seven-minute shorts make up each half-hour presentation. General Mills helped pay for the show.
