Cold
Isla Wallis, who is now 16 years old, decides to go to the isolated mining town in which she was born after discovering that her biological father is serving time for the murder of the mother she never knew. She is also enraged by the fact that she has been lied to her entire life. There, she discovers that her mother's death may be connected to a string of horrible murders committed against women from First Nation communities. Isla begins to get closer to understanding the horrifying reality that lies behind these heinous crimes with the assistance of Tina, a savvy local resident.
