Tsukasa Hojo is the author and illustrator of the Cat's Eye manga series, which was originally published in Japan. It ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1981 until1985, and then Shueisha collected the individual chapters into a total of 18 tankobon. The three Kisugi sisters, Hitomi, Rui, and Ai, are the protagonists of this tale. These women are art thieves who are on a mission to steal all of their absent father's paintings and other valuables. The manga was adapted into a televised anime series that was first shown on NTV from 1983 to1984. After that, a second season was aired that lasted until 1985.
