Burn the Witch

Historically, dragons have been responsible for 72 percent of all deaths in London, mythical monsters that are invisible to the bulk of the population. Some people have been standing up to these dragons, despite the fact that most people are unaware of it. The dragons can only be seen by residents of Reverse London, who dwell on the "other" side of London. Even then, only a chosen few become qualified enough to communicate directly with them as witches or wizards. The story's protagonists are witches Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole. They work for Wing Bind (WB), an organization dedicated to dragon conservation and management. On behalf of the public, their goal is to safeguard and manage the dragons in London.
