These events inspired "Booze Traveler," which follows Maxwell throughout the world to satisfy his curiosity in what people drink, why they drink it, and the stories it inspires. In Armenia, Belize, Lithuania, Mongolia, and Nepal, among other places, Maxwell meets residents, participates in events, and even assists in the production of alcohol. In each establishment, he finds a distinctive beverage, makes friends, and tells stories.
