Aída
Ada is a Spanish comedy sitcom that takes place in Madrid. It is a spin-off from another Spanish comedy sitcom called 7 Vidas. The show first aired on January 16, 2005, and it is made by Globomedia for the Spanish network Telecinco. It recently started its ninth season. Carmen Machi plays the main character, Ada Garca. She is a working single mother with two teenagers who has to move in with her mother and brother to make ends meet. The audience liked the show, and it has been the most watched show in Spain since 2007. It has also won a few awards, like the Ondas Award for Best Spanish Sitcom. The Polish version of the series started airing in March 2012 on TVP2 channel.
