The daily lives of two reluctant Montreal Police Department partners, Officers Nick Barron and Ben Chartier. In cruiser No. 2, these two beat cops patrol the urban sprawl of downtown's 19th district. 19-2 is about the tensions and bonds that form between two incompatible individuals with extremely different temperaments and life experiences. Nick and Ben's skepticism and animosity against one other gradually give way to moments of mutual respect and a shaky chance for true collaboration.
