After her son's sad death, Arlene loses everything, including her husband and home, and she begins to lose her mind. When the mysterious Endeavour Institute gives her the opportunity to alter the past through time travel, she gladly accepts and embarks on her adventure back in time. Arlene, who is plagued by recollections of an alternate universe, must distinguish between the real and the fake without upsetting the delicate balance.
