You Can't Take My Daughter

It is based on Analyn Megison's genuine story. Lindsay Fonseca stars as Amy Thompson, a young law student in Charlotte who is attacked and sexually assaulted by Demetri (Hunter Burke), a friend of a friend whom she has only met once before. Amy makes the difficult decision to retain her baby after discovering that she is pregnant as a result of the rape. This is despite the fact that Demetri continues to stalk and harass her while she waits for the long-delayed trial to begin. She gives birth to a beautiful young girl and then decides to flee to Atlanta to begin a new life with her daughter. Six years later, Demetri tracks her down and, to her dismay, files a lawsuit against her for custody of her child. Amy fights back with the help of her own legal and investigative skills.
