With the theft of items belonging to a slain man, Asprin and Strepsil (Mang Hoi and John Shum) unwittingly become embroiled in a murder investigation, leading to their arrest. His passport had a crucial microfilm, which the crooks stole and passed on to their forgery buddy Panadol (Tsui Hark). In addition to Inspector Ng (Michelle Yeoh), Inspector Morris (Cynthia Rothrock) from Scotland Yard has been assigned to the case! Following their lead, the cops track down and apprehend Triad leader Tin (James Tien), who will stop at nothing to reclaim the incriminating film. However, with his hitman and bodyguard (Dick Wei) at his side, Tin proves to be too much for the inspectors to handle using legal means, leading them to give up their badges and pursue Tin alone.
