The Stooges are depicted as dishonest gamblers who take advantage of the people living in a frontier town during the time period of the Old West. They are detected, and they are forced to make their way into the forest. They assume the appearance of Native Americans in order to stay one step ahead of the sheriff. Their scheme is successful up to the point where Curly, disguised as a squaw, is coerced into marrying a local thug. After being unmasked, the three stooges find themselves in the clink.
