Marcus and Kevin Copeland, both FBI agents, make a mistake that results in the failure of a cocaine bust. They have been given the assignment of escorting a couple of socialites to the Hamptons, where the socialites are going to act as bait for a kidnapper. This is their punishment. However, once the girls are made aware of the FBI's plan, they categorically refuse to go along with it. Marcus and Kevin, who were previously African-American guys, make the decision to disguise themselves as a pair of blonde and white women in order to take on the role of the sisters after realizing they have no other choices.
