Peter, a commuter, is robbed on the train tracks, and a worker for the public transportation system takes him off the tracks. While Peter is in a coma, his family believes that the worker is Peter's fiancée, and she does not correct them. Things take a turn for the worse when she develops feelings for his brother, who has his doubts about whether or not she is who she says she is.
