Apart from a few modest houses, a bar, a gas station with a mini-market, and a garbage dump, rural Fulton County, Georgia is essentially devoid of life. Introverted Joel works at a garbage dump, where he occasionally comes into an usable glass bottle that he cleans and brings home.
