Sam Walczak (Mischa Barton) is dispatched to monitor the demolition of an apartment building after securing her first contract from her family's demolition firm. However, she discovers a group of occupants still residing in the condemned structure. Jimmy (Cameron Bright), one of these tenants, tells Sam an urban legend about a serial killer who used to live in the building and entombed his victims in the walls. Worse worse, the residents believe that the dead continue to annoy them.
