Rome's outskirts (Italy), 1993 summer A group of four kids has built a small shelter on the rim of a wide valley, where they spend their after-school hours. On one of those summer afternoons, the kids hop on their bikes and ride through the Tolfa and Allumiere paths. They are taken aback when they come across a stunning medieval farmstead. They don't realize it yet, but what they discover inside will forever change their lives.
