Tidal Wave
Man-sik and Yeon-hee are unsure if they can overcome their past scars and remain a pair. Dr. Kim, who has been warning residents of Haeundae about the danger of a mega-tsunami, falls in agony after his daughter and divorced wife show up out of nowhere. After saving a woman from Seoul, Hyoung-sik braves a fierce storm to express her gratitude. It signifies the creation of a typical conflict axis, and then the couples' inner areas without anything left behind when the conflict has been resolved. A tsunami that destroys Haeundae symbolizes this.
