The Tall T
Pat Brennan catches a ride on a stagecoach transporting newlyweds Willard and Doretta Mims after losing his horse in a wager. The coach and its occupants are apprehended by a trio of outlaws led by a man named Usher at the next station. Usher decides to keep Doretta for ransom after learning that she is the daughter of a wealthy copper mine owner. The next 24 hours are fraught with tension as Usher awaits a response to his demands while Brennan and Doretta develop an emotional bond.
