The most talented special field agent in North Korea, Dong-chul was abandoned by his government while on an assignment. On the run, he searches for his wife and child, whom he believes have been sold as slaves to China, only to discover their bodies. He quickly discovers that his colleague was the perpetrator of the murder and decamps to the southern United States in quest of his nemesis. During the day, he searches for him, and at night, he works as a temp driver and as a personal driver for Chairman PARK. An assassin assassinates the chairman one night, but not before passing over a pair of spectacles to Dong-chul, who has been waiting for them. He is now on the run once more, having been falsely accused by the intelligence service of the chairman's murder while attempting to discover the secret hidden within the glasses. Unbeknownst to him, the secret might either become a national menace or a national treasure, depending on who ultimately wins possession of it.
