Abigail joins her new teaching job at the law school with a renewed devotion to ethics after causing a jury to incorrectly condemn a man. Vincent, an incredibly motivated student who will do anything for an A, will be in her new class when she takes over. Vincent pledges to stop at nothing to acquire what he wants if Abigail fails him for academic dishonesty. She must take her life into her own hands as Vincent's diabolical plot unravels, or Vincent will take it for herself.
