With a story about a stage performer who goes on an unintentional disastrous journey while playing a role to die for, one wonders if writer-director Carol Lai had Black Swan ambitions. That it was more of a guessing game than a romantic picture about twins falling in love with a man who determined it's absolutely OK to drag both ladies along until he learns this signals double problems may be due to the Chinese title Romance Riddle.
