During the Joseon Dynasty, this book shows the love lives, jealousies, and desires of people who worked at the Sanguiwon. The Sanguiwon make the clothes that the royals wear. It's Han Suk-Kyu who is the best master artisan in charge of royal clothes. He thinks that having set rules is very important to his job. It's like Kong-Jin (Ko Soo) was born with great dexterity and a good sense of taste. Pan-Soo (Ma Dong-Seok), a nobleman, took him to the palace because he thought he could be good.
