The Reckoning

When a detective is dispatched to investigate the roadside murder of his partner, he discovers a data card from a video camera at the site. The card contains film shot by two runaway teens who are documenting the drug-related death of a sibling. Soon after retracing the teen's steps, the detective discovers a trail of corpses that leads all the way back to police headquarters.
