The Perfect Weapon

In the not-too-distant future, a totalitarian state led by 'The Director' (Seagal) will exercise complete control over all facets of existence. All state adversaries are dealt with harshly. The majority of them are assassinated by assassins working for the secret government. The most skilled operator is codenamed "Condor" (Messner) – an elite agent and government hit guy. However, after failing to assassinate an opposition leader on his last job, "Condor" finds himself on the run from the very government agency for which he works. This initiates a series of actions that has unintended repercussions for everyone involved.
