The Negotiation
Chae-yoon, a seasoned police crisis mediator, is summoned to the scene of her supervisor's abduction. She is confronted by the cold-blooded hostage taker, Tae-gu, via the control room monitor, whose mood is impossible to understand. Chae-yoon works tirelessly to break the strangely quiet perp over many video chats, despite the 21-hour deadline Tae-gu has set. The horrifying truth eventually comes to light.
