When a patient of Judd Stevens (Roger Moore) is found stabbed to death in the center of Chicago, Stevens is suspected of murder. After Dr.Stevens tries to convince cops Rod Steiger and Elliott Gould that he's not guilty, he has to go after the real bad guys on his own.
